First a little about myself...
I've been
in the auto repair business all my life. My father and grandfather were both in
the automotive repair business. I have been certified by the National
Institute for Automotive Service Excellence as a Master Technician for
over 15 years. I am also certified by the same organization as an Advanced
Level Specialist.
Choosing the
right repair shop can be confusing. In fact, people have so many misconceptions
about auto repair shops that I decided to offer this consumer information
message so when you need to select an auto repair company, or even buy a new or
used car you can make an informed, intelligent decision. I believe that I have
taken the experience gained from my life in this business and with my team of
professionals have addressed some of the concerns that most people have when
having their vehicles repaired and maintained.
